  • To assure best in quality nursing care and a high level of patient / customer satisfaction.

  • To effectively interface with physicians, patients, paramedics and other service user area heads.

  • To provide effective leadership to the nursing team.

  • To devise, communicate & implement Nursing SOP’s.

  • To ensure skill up gradation in clinical / nursing practices.

  • To assist in manpower planning and recruitment.

  • To assess workload, manpower requirement and plan optimum deployment of nursing staff.

  • To ensure talent identification, career progression and staff retention within nursing department.

  • To operate within budgeted cost with quality of services.

  • To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.

  • To have complete orientation of Quality Management System and Emergency Management system of Hospital.

  • To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.

  • To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.

  • To comply with patient safety policy.

  • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.



Qualification -

Minimum GNM/BSc. Nursing from a recognized nursing school.


Experience -

Preferably with over 15 years nursing experience in reputed hospital setup with more than 5 years’ experience as an ANS/DNS/NS/administrator.
